Joy Links-4/28/07

By karen | April 28, 2007

Last week’s experiment with Joy Links was a happy success. So I shall continue the joy this week with 7 posts from other blogs or other websites that have touched me in some way, made me laugh, or made me think and ponder.

I enjoyed all of these posts. I hope you do, too.

1. “When I asked for a Rose” at Joysoriano.com. This post touched my heart and brought joyful tears to my eyes. I felt the love of the Universe, God, and the Source of all that is deeply when I read it. It is touching and inspiring. Totally recommended.

2. We create our own truth as we create our own realities. But I recognized a truth from a line in this next post “You’ll never change anyone’s heart or mind by proving them wrong”. This post made me think and it made me ponder. Read Rick’s post “Notes on Logic and Living” at Shards of Consciousness.

3. I learn amazing things from my children everyday. They have brought me joy. They have brought me knowledge. I loved this post because I can relate! “10 things I learned from my 4 year old” can be found at Steve Olson.com

4. In “Affirmations that really Work” Aaron, at Today is that Day, took a somewhat confusing subject and clarified it perfectly. It’s not the words; it’s the feelings! (Plus he put a little plug in back to Live the Power, gotta love that!)

5. When it comes to achieving your goals it helps to have belief. But the real magic comes when you have Faith. Faith is deeper, stronger and more powerful. “The Difference Between Belief and Faith” at Brian Kim.net eloquently clarifies the subtle but powerful differences.

6. Would you like to send out some happy energy? I found a site where “the only commodity is good action and the sole currency is good intention”. (Even though I did notice the Google Adwords on the side! ;) ) Check out “the Karma Exchange”.

7. What tricks can you use to keep yourself on track? Well at Manifest-t.com you can find t-shirts, wristbands and more to remind you of your intentions. I especially love the “Journey of Gratitude-Changing the world…One smile at a time”

And there you have it, the seven joyous links of the week, chosen by me.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

P.S. Next week I have the privilege and honor to be hosting one of the best blog carnivals on the net! See The Personal Development Carnival here at Live the Power on May 6, 2007.

P.S.S. A few people made my days with some joyful links back to me this week! I want send a special Thank you to…

You are welcome Rick! It is my great pleasure to share. Your post made me think (and it reminded me of many of my neighbors!) We all create our own truths and what is true for me may not be the same for you! And that is okay. In fact diversity is a wonderful thing!

I’ve really enjoyed the Joy Links the last couple of weeks. I’ve found several sites to be very inspirational. I hate to say, “keep finding us good links” but… :)
