Farewell to the Crocodile Hunter
By Mohammed | September 5, 2006With the death of the International Celebrity, Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter, over the weekend many are shocked and in mourning. It almost seems surreal when someone who is “larger than life” dies. It doesn’t seem possible, just like when Princess Diana passed. Yet the “larger than life” are human just like the rest of us.
I know that there are those who criticized the Croc hunter, those who said he was crazy for what he did and all. I say that he would have been more crazy had he not did what he did. He followed his passion and lived with Joy and Enthusiasm every day. He lived fully and joyfully and died doing what he loved.
He is a great example of creating the life of your dreams. That is what we should remember.

Wow, it is hard to believe that it has been a year since Steve Irwin died. I don’t know that I would say Steve would have been “crazy” had he not followed his love, but certainly it would have been unfortunate (for himself, and the many veiwers who loved him).
