And I don't have "mistrust" issues at all now. It's kind of a "knowing" that I'm always fine. Eckhart Tolle says that when you are thoroughly in the present, you can't be a victim to anything because you just see through so much. I believe that and have experienced that. It sounds like you have as well! Great post! And so true.
