Castles and Buttons
By Mohammed | February 22, 2007I’ve known about the Law of Attraction for many, many years. Way back years ago I first read “The Science of Getting Rich”, “Think and Grow Rich”, “As a Man Thinketh” and “The Power of your Subconscious Mind” and many other books too numerous to mention. (Did I mention that I am a book addict? Have been since learning to read back in first grade).
I know that our thoughts create our lives. I know this absolutely without a shadow of a doubt. But sometimes just like the guy in “The Secret” who attracted “car parks” I like to play the game and test it out. Besides I really want to learn how to master that game of deliberate creation. Of course, I want to create my life just as I want it to be!
So a couple of days ago I was pondering. I have heard from a very wise source “that it is as easy to create a castle as it is to create a button”. So I’m thinking along “Castles and Buttons…Castles and Buttons” and I thought “I want to attract a button”. So I pondered some more and I thought of the fun of attracting a button for a little while and then I forgot all about it and went on with my life. Never thought of attracting a button again.
Well yesterday I had an appointment and as I was happily walking up the stairs and into the building I happened to look down and lo and behold there was a button! It was a pretty green button about an inch in diameter that said “Billabong” on one side. I saw it and my heart jumped into my throat and I thought “Oh wow, there is my button!”
Now it may seem silly to get so excited about a button. I mean after all it is just a button. But what that button represents is that this stuff that I study and believe in and watch movies like “The Secret” about works. It really works. It works every time.
I have the button to prove it! It now has a designated spot on my vision board. I can see it everyday.
Maybe I should start working on attracting a castle now!

Manifesting a castle shouldn’t be too hard. Find a beach. Take a couple of children with you. Surely, a sand castle is in your near future! And if you dig deep enough into the sand who know what you might find. Clams? I simply couldn’t resist commenting. I like your blog post.

Alright! I am dreaming of Lake Powell in May. (That would be the warmest and nearest and soonest!)
If I wait for the other lakes I’ll be looking at June +
I don’t live anywhere near an ocean. Sounds fun, fun, fun!
Thanks for stopping by. I’m happy you liked the post!

That sounds like so much fun. I’m going to go manifest me a button.
