		<description>A very inspiring post and one I so wish to be able to live by. What I struggle with is sometimes needing to release the negativity of a situation through words.  In the end it becomes easier to then look at the positive.  I wonder if this is a necessary step in the first place.  The need to release the negative first so it doesn&#039;t stay inside.  Then positive is free to be.
