Sometimes I wish I would have figured things out years ago (I'm 44, so I've got lots of time left, but still!). I've got friends now who are on the brink of turning 30 and they're in the transformational conversation game now - and some of them wish they'd have "gotten it" sooner! So you're right - it's never too late - or too early - to start creating BIGGER small talk in our lives! Thank you so much, Karen, for these inspiring stories!
