If we listen really carefully we can all hear this still small voice inside our hearts not because any of us are wacked out looney tunes but that is just how God speaks to us. None of us really want to continue our wicked ways just as God sent Jonah to Nineveh to tell the people there to turn away from the evil they were doing so we similarly have that opportunity. You know that Jonah had other plans but even when he messed up and he asked God to "get me outta here" so God made allowances and off Jonah went. The key message I feel from Karen is that man can do some pretty awesome witnessed by the likes of Mother Theresa and MK Ghandhi etc (with apologies to those I missed out!) but when you harness the raw energy of the human spirit with a feeling of doing that something that is innately right and worthwhile then you have huge energy and power. JD is right in that for him this phrase does come out of the bible. But it is up to each of us to find the truth for ourselves. But beware if you are looking for concrete proof.
