My journal would be called the ‘I AM experiencing Rain’ journal (for I AM the rain)

In fact I think I might call it the “I AM the rain” journal. I am the rain pelting down upon the ground lush with grass that I am, and the grass that I am is absorpting the rain that I am, and reaching towards the sun that I am, I am the rain, the grass, the sun, I am all, I flourish, I nuture, I am. And in the moment I wrote the words, I was. No I am the person typing thinking of whether or not to hit ’submit comment’ or just close the window. Do I share with you that which I am in this moment, or do I simply not expand myself through you? If you are reading this you know what the ‘I am’ did. I am the rain. I am the breakfast calling to the I am mind within the I am body for nourishment. Thank you.

I truly believe that giving ourselves that little intrapersonal space helps us achieve great things.
Writing is great, still, words are sometimes not enough. I invite you to try to include a different kind of journal (not with words ) whenever you can. Use cut-outs, drawings, mind-maps, photos, lemos juice… whatever comes to your mind. Spice up your life in different ways!!!

I love the idea of a PRAY RAIN JOURNAL. I think it has come at the right time for me. A time when I am thinking of quitting my day job and going into business. It is a bit dauting especially when you have committments and you are “old” (48). So after all the books I’ve read and affirmations I am doing presently. I hope to manifest this big dream of mine!
