There are a few such as yourself who write from the heart, and they are in it for the writing. Most people, however, are looking for something more than that from their blogging. Even if they are passionate about their subject, they are still looking to make money, get clients, etc. It's actually very ironic because by writing from the heart, one tends to make money, find clients, etc. I love your writing, Karen, and I'll keep reading it. I think that you have stumbled across the very conundrum that will ultimately cause a lot of people to stop blogging.
