Ohhhh You are so Right On This!! The media focuses on the drama and trauma... If you ask them why - they will tell you drama and trauma sells! Hmmm so that must mean the collective consciousness has it's focus on that drama... My partner is in real estate and when I have time I dabble with her. The market here in upstate NY is not in the horror zone as it would sound if you watched TV. We drive thru many neighborhoods and have found, just as you have - the situations have not changed much in the last 1-2 years... And the only Ghosts are the ones hanging from the porches! Hmmm - we should start a campaign - America turn off your TVs and get into your cars and drive around!
