Law of Obedience

By Mohammed | August 4, 2010

seed2In the 11 Forgotten Laws Bob Proctor and Mary Morrissey discuss the tenth Law of the Universe, the Law of Obedience.

We have been conditioned to believe that the obedient way is the hard and disciplined way to success. We are taught to be obedient because we are afraid of the circumstances and results that we would otherwise get by not following the rules. Bob and Mary teach us that this paradigm is wrong.

The true seed of obedience is respect. When you respect that the laws always work and they are designed to help you, the way that you view the laws and the way in which you follow them will change. By respecting the laws, you will happily work with the laws and yield the results.

Farmers practice the law of obedience very well. They plant their seeds in the Spring and they harvest them later on in the year. They know that if they plant their seeds at any other time, they will not get their crop. However, by working with the laws of nature, they yield effortless results. Likewise, by working with the laws in the correct way, you too will live a fruitful and productive life.

What is your relationship with the laws that we have studied together? Are you obedient to them? Do you work with them? Take some time to think about how you can use the Law of Obedience to implement the other laws into your life.
