O Girl, O Beautiful. The Revolution

It’s a Revolution. It’s time.

It’s time for all of us to recognize our own beauty. If you are young or old, black or white, male or female, short or tall, regardless of who or what you think you may be, you are beautiful. You are unique. You are special. You are worthy. You are a masterpiece, a child of God, a perfect piece in this incredible Universe. It’s time to be loving to yourself.

Oprah has started the “O Girl, O Beautiful. The Revolution” and it is directed towards girls but each and every one of us should print out this contract, (or one like it- some of the guys might want it to be a little different!) sign it and commit to loving ourselves.

Go to Oprah.com and print out the contract. Make the promise to yourself.

Promise to Myself

I, _________________, hereby make the “O Girl, O Beautiful” promise. I am smart. I am beautiful. I am Unique. I love who I am, and I pledge each day to write down at least one thing about myself that makes me special. I believe and affirm that I will always appreciate myself for the many things, inside and out, that make me beautiful.

    That is wonderful! Isn’t this a great thing?
    When we can see our own magnificence is when we can really start thriving and contributing to this amazing Universe!

    Yeah absolutely! You know even guys suffer from a derogatory self image at times so even guys should do this too!
