And that my friend is the Secret, the Secret to the Unlimited Power you have to create your life.
You can’t control outside forces. In this life, sometimes situations will disappoint you, sometimes people will disappoint you and sometimes you will disappoint yourself. Just as you cannot direct the wind, you can’t control situations, you can’t control other people and life is such that you will make mistakes and wrong decisions. But you can tap into your Unlimited Power to create the life you want if you let all of that go and start using the only true power that you have.
Focus on the best in life and that is what you’ll get.
Focus on what you are grateful for and that is what you will get more of.
Focus on the good qualities in other people and they will become more of that for you.
Focus on the dreams and where you want to go, what you want to be, do and have and you will find magical rendezvous with the people, places and things that you need to get there.
It really works. It works every time. And it is the only answer.
Direct the power of your focus. See the things that you want, visualize it, feel it.
It is the only thing you can control, but it is more than enough.
It is the Secret to the Unlimited Power you have to create your life.

Well Karen… I’m guessing that you have not run into a totally manipulative boss that plays on your emotions, sucks out your self-esteem and stomps all over your confidence while your co-worker (his cohort) attempts to destroy your reputation with lies. They shut you out in order to further their own self-indulgent pompous desires becasue she is wealthy and the world should bend to her every whim. Those that say they support you and say they are your friends the very people you have stood up for are to frightened or just don’t care to speak up for you. Yeah. The world is a “great” place and it sure is easy to see the good in that type of person.

Actually I have run into many, many of those people in my life!
We all have people like that in our life, but we need to not let them ruin our life, if we let them bother us and ruin us they win and we never, never want the Assholes to win!!
The best you can do is to reach for a feeling of relief. Which thought feels better?
“My boss is a pompous ass who is manipulating me?”
or
“At least I get off at 5:00 and he/she doesn’t control my whole life!”
(or something to that effect! Take your mind off from it or just reach for the better feeling thought-another post, another day)

I am very glad to see that your article is on the top of the list for visited and commented on sites. Glad to see you spreading the word and helping people and this world shift. We (Vibrational Psychology)have worked with such principles (as defined in “The Secret”) for years and are never surprised, yet always amazed, and the powerful changes people effect when they get it. As to the critic who spoke of her nasty boss, let’s talk. It doesn’t need to be that way.

Hm-m-mmmm, sounds like you feel everyone is a god? The only LASTING and REAL power comes from the God of the Bible when we believe Him and invite Him into our heart. As the Creator of Heaven and Earth, no intelligent person can deny who He is, what He has done, is doing, and promises to do in the future for those who are His, and to those who have stubbornly denied Him.
Denying that we breathe air and have body odor, doesn’t change the facts that we all do. Leaning on our own understanding, creating a “designer god” of our own, listening only to what makes us comfortable, is all vanity and destructive. We will be standing face to face with Him very soon. He will decide who are His and know Him personally, and who are not. Unless we have invited Him into our heart, we are our own god and fooling only ourself. Only He can fill the empty God-sized hole in our heart which He created before we were in our mother’s womb. He’s already paid the sacrifice of dying in our place as sinners, so that we might have Eternal Life rather than Eternal Torment we bring upon ourselves by denying Him as our Lord. Don’t believe the lies and unbeliefs that deceive you.
Pray that the One TRUE God will make Himself known to you. Go for it. You will NEVER regret it, if you are truly sincere.

I believe we all have the Power of God within us. It is that power that created worlds that allows us to create our lives.
God can only work through us. He can’t work miracles without our help.
Haven’t you heard
“God helps those who help themselves”
God cannot give to us unless we open our minds and our hearts and let it in. Part of doing that is the Power of our Focus!

Hi, Karen;
First, great article as usual. Although I have certainly enjoyed your content, I don’t think I’ve ever commented and/or said hello before.
It always strikes me as amazing that people are anything but inspired at such words, but I do know that we all have to go through our own stages. Blaming others or focusing on others such that we resent our circumstances is a stage. Choosing instead to focus on what we wish to create is a stage, and finding our inner power is a stage. People can only walk through doors when they are ready, and we can only keep encouraging and hope we are turning some lights on as we go…
