Why can’t I just - LOVE IT! It’s so obvious but we miss it a million times a day.
I’ve even changed the way I pray for my children. I used to say “Let no harm or danger come to them.” NOOOO that’s a focus on what I don’t want - harm and danger.
Now I say wrap them in a bubble of protection, security and safety.

Beautiful! and definitely focused on what you want!

Hi Karen, LOVE your video. Your kindness, sincerity and positivity shine through! I am just started to try and create videos well and watching your is inspiring. Thanks for the message as well - it is an important one and I think one it takes people a little while to “get the hang of”. We become so used to the way we phrase things. It is so important to take notice of the WAY you are asking for what you want! Thank you. Gratefully, Jenny

Wow, Thank you Jenny! You don’t know how much your encouragement means to me! My own “inner perfectionist” is getting quite the workout with these video’s and I have had to remind myself that “perfect” is not possible but that I want the “real me” to shine through!
Thank you for your appreciation! Thank you!

Hi Karen, I just gained a mentor and your videos prove the point she is trying to say to encourage me, “Be yourself, speak like you are speaking to your friends and get your message across”. I CRINGE seeing myself on video and of course it didn’t help that my last attempt had my son saying “mommy, you look SO MUCH BETTER in person”. Ah kids you gotta love their honesty — but it didn’t make me leap to “Take 2″.
I know I am my hardest critic so will try and cut myself some slack and just see if I can get my message across! You do a wonderful job of that and you seem so relaxed! Wish Thanks Karen! Gratefully, Jenny

Jenny,
If I can do it….You can do it!
You’re right, just cut yourself some slack and let the “real you” shine through…
you’ll do great, I know you will!
